Villa Gritti features the ground floor with central hall (ceiling with exposed wooden beams) "Boffi" kitchen, a dining room and a large living room, these three spacious rooms are all in one large open area with exposed wooden beams ceiling, a study ( in the ceiling there are the original paintings from the time of construction of the house, around 1645). For all rooms the underfloor heating and Ac was completely new in 2008/2009. The floor is "Venetian Terrazzo" laid by hand by a great local craftsman, as was used in the past. The Barchesa was renovated in 2008, front crafted of Pietra d'Istria handcrafted stone block floors with alarm sensors under the flooring, columns with original foundations on sight. First floor features two large living areas and dining area, billiard room and featuring open kitchen "Boffi" with freight elevator connected to the pantry located in the basement. The floor is all in cement resin (very much in style in Italy) and the ceiling has exposed beams for all the house. One bathroom is all covered with with Mosaico Bisazza tile. First floor with a large open space with four bedrooms and two large walking closet. From the master bedroom access to a terrace with floor in Istrian stone from Island of Brac hammered by hand. Last floor (Attic) features a large room with walking closet and bathroom, from here you can see the first floor and ground floor. The staircase leading to the basement from the first floor with concrete resin floor and "armored" safety lock with automatic shutters. All the windows are made of stainless steel. The "De Manincor" professional kitchen covered with white tiles including the floor, the ceiling is made of entire extractor hood and glass towards the liquid crystal dinning room.
